Personal Success Story

My Weight has hovered around 230-235 pounds the last few years. In June of 2005, I ruptured my right Achilles tendon which —along with a slowing metabolism from aging— has made it more difficult to keep the pounds off.  While at the Dr.’s office for a yearly physical, I was shocked and dismayed when the nurse weighed me and the scale read 250 pounds!  I was exercising but not achieving the desired results.  I knew that I had to do something different. 

In December 2009, I attended a continuing education training course to re-certify with the American Council on Exercise.  The topic of the course was fitness “boot camps” which focused on Interval Training.  Studies have shown Interval Training to be one of the quickest methods to boost your metabolism, burn calories, and reach fitness goals.

I embraced the philosophy of Interval Training and within the span of a couple of months dropped 20 pounds!  I proved to myself that Interval Training is the key to Get Fit Quick. It worked for me and it can work for you!
