Get In Shape This Summer!

Want to get in shape fast?  Join my outdoor fitness boot camp and get into the best shape of your life in a short period of time.  Enjoy the great outdoors while you workout and meet new people!  We will be meeting every Tuesday &Thursday 6:00 .pm.-7:00 p.m., and Saturday 8:00 a.m.-9:00 a.m. at a park in Gilbert.  The camp includes 12 one hour sessions and several fitness assessments (bodyfat % and BMI measurements) and nutritional advice.  You can spread out the 12 sessions to fit your schedule.
